day 2... liquids + fruit
this morning seemed to be a little better... i woke up early (god knows how) and went jogging for 20 minutes. boy, new york is stinky on humid days. i need to find less busy streets to run so i don't have to inhale all the fumes from warm garbage. blech. it's nice to see so many people on the street in the morning, especially the runners. makes me feel like i'm finally getting somewhere with this. :)
aww i feel all warm and fuzzy.
so today is day two, where i can finally eat something. i'm really excited. i've had my morning juice, vitamin, ginkgo and water so i'm all set for the morning. hopefully i won't be running to the bathroom as much as i was yesterday.
