motivation beginning, but body slowing
ok, the motivation is there. this weekend, i'm going running twice. i don't care. my body is junking out on my, though. i have no energy anymore, i'm always tired. its probably what i pump in my body every day. that's it, i'm going to start charting my eating. sorry to put you through this, but i figure it's go, no?
today, thusfar:
coffee
1 cup special k cereal
16 oz water
yesterday
coffee

1/2 order of bean curd w/ veggies in garlic sauce & brown rice
chicken & broccoli, white rice
2 gatorades
an ice cream bar
wow, i eat HORRIBLY. today, more salad, less chinese. damn. and a vitamin in the morning. i'm obviously lacking something.
