stage 1... all liquids...

ok, i think i started today off right. i woke up early, didn't go running, but went through my "tae bo 8 minute workout", the first half of my "windsor pilates 20 minute workout", and 15 minutes of abdominal work. woo hoo! and today starts the liquid diet.... urgh. if anything i'll just lose weight from the first two days alone. day 1 is just liquids, day 2 is just liquids and fruit, day 3 is just liquids/fruit/raw veggies! i'm sure i can stray... i'm supposed to stay away from over-the-counter medicines, but i need to take my vitamins and gingko. eh.

damn, i never realized how full juice makes you feel. i've only had half of my spirulina drink and i am done! hmmm... well, maybe this will work out better than i thought?
