ok, took my week off...

now it's time to get back in gear. going to go running before i head over to hunny's in woodside tonight. hopefully it's not too gross outside that the vile smells of nyc won't make me pass out while mid-step. i can't wait until i get my bike so i can start ride around without falling flat on my face. :) a ride would be awesome down the west side promenade in the morning.
