the short of it...

    breakfast
  • 1/2 banana
  • yeah, not very healthy
    lunch
  • 1 bowl of peanut soup
  • medium salad
  • 1 small spirulina drink
  • water
  • better...
    snack
  • small slice of ice cream cake
  • bad, bad joy...
dinner is coming up, but i'm not sure how it's going to go... that spirulina didn't sit so well in my tummy. o well, we'll see.
