ok, need to show more self-control
*edit* to yesterday's meal log:
ok so today is looking up... i still have half of my soup from yesterday's lunch, as well as a yogurt, so i think that will do for today's lunch. breakfast was the usual... 1 cup oatmeal, 1 large coffee, 1/2 banana, a multivitamin and water. hopefully i'll do the right thing at dinner tonight and eat a ton of veggies. and maybe, just maybe, do some pilates.

- 1 slice chocolate espresso cake (dammit)
- dinner
- 3/4 rock crab
- 1/2 cup of cucumber
- 3 fried chicken livers
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 plum
- tea
ugh... i shouldn't have eaten so much. *sigh*

- 1 glass wine
- 2 slices italian bread with olive oil
- 4 pieces of pepperoni
- 1 peanut butter cup mini and 3 malt balls
