ok, need to show more self-control

*edit* to yesterday's meal log:
    snack
  • 1 slice chocolate espresso cake (dammit)
    dinner
  • 3/4 rock crab
  • 1/2 cup of cucumber
  • 3 fried chicken livers
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 plum
  • tea

ugh... i shouldn't have eaten so much. *sigh*



ok so today is looking up... i still have half of my soup from yesterday's lunch, as well as a yogurt, so i think that will do for today's lunch. breakfast was the usual... 1 cup oatmeal, 1 large coffee, 1/2 banana, a multivitamin and water. hopefully i'll do the right thing at dinner tonight and eat a ton of veggies. and maybe, just maybe, do some pilates.

  • 1 peach light yogurt
  • 2 rice cakes
  • 1 serving pumpkin seeds
  • water
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal

  • 1 coke
  • salad with walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and apple
  • calamari
  • celery sticks and carrots with ranch dressing
  • 1 glass wine
  • 2 slices italian bread with olive oil
  • 4 pieces of pepperoni
  • 1 peanut butter cup mini and 3 malt balls
is that too much for dinner? it was mostly snacking... i dunno.
